Try looking at your local hobby shop. I have a b-17 that took me a freaking long time to find and i ordered it from my hobby shop. Most places will order them for you

If your really interested in it i’d email the person and ask for sure but by reading it a couple tings popped out at me; “Engine Required: 2C 0.46 cu in ; 4C 0.52 – 0.70 cu in
Radio Required: 5 Channels, 6 Servos ”

Sounds like its a pre painted shell, will need to be put together + engine, radio, and fuel.

It’s hard to tell just from that picture. Why not buy one which sends with batteries: http://www.yescomusa.com/product.php?productid=570&cat=79&page=1
