Wats the best electric rc boat for low price im looking forit to be really fast under 80 bucks.?

First, i dont recommend buying off ebay. I have befor and had nothing but problems, bu thats up to you. I rcommend seeing the people in you local hoby shop. They can usually order the boat thet you want, can answer all your questions and you have someware to take it back to if you ever have any problems with it..

my dad wants a RC boat but I have no idea where to begin can anyone recommend a good electric boat?
My dad has a little “lake” in front of his house, I would call it a large pond. For christmas he wants some electric boats he can run on it, but I know absolutely nothing about boats, can anyone recommend one

Try Radio shack and Toys R Us. I usually see them there every holiday season. Be sure it says “outdoors”.

How fast does the twin strorm 800 electric rc boat go.?

The Titan 23Ts have arrived and fit straight in – no problems. New top speed recorded with onboard Eagletree GPS is 29.8 km/h (18.5 mph), where as the stock motos were only 26.5 km/h. This was on 2*6 cells. After a full 5 minute run the motors only rose to 42 degrees C. The Titans are smoother and quieter. I will try 2×7 cell next.
