How much would you pay for a RC car?
I’m setting up an remote control (rc) toys company and wanted to ask what price you would expect to pay for a rc car for kids?

I’m not really a “kid” lol but i have 3 rc cars i payed around $400 – $500 for and have had to put well over $500 into 2 of them (My moms friends kids drove them and crashed them).

Hi, My son and i were at the park and saw someone with one of those expensive RC cars (think $500), and of course it could do everything and handled it all without breaking. My son wants one, of course, but no way i can pay that. Is there something better than the crappy RC cars we had as kids and the super expensive ones? Thanks, G

Check various sites/stores.
They run all the way from $20 toys up to, like you said, $500+ “customized” units.
What they will do and how long they will last depends almost as much on HOW he uses it as the price.
For example, IF he persists in running it into walls at top speed, NONE would last long.

I tell my friends I want to get into remote control cars, but they laugh and say thats for kids.
