im interested in making my rc car run faster, what could i do to achive this?
im looking at this as a hobby, so dont tell me to buy a faster one, that kills the purpose
i know almost nothing about electrical and RC stuff, so websites and lots of facts will help

Brushless motor,speed control and lipo batteries.I run a boat with a 700 series 8.4 volt motor that I am feeding 20.5 volts to.I have to water cool the motor and electronic speed control.My car runs on nitro.

Can I convert an Electric RC Car to Nitro/Gas?
I have an electric RC car, A Tamiya TL-01, and am rather bored with it and would like to, as a sort of a hobby, convert it into Nitro/Gas. Is this possible and how? Any links to websites that have guides on this?

That sounds like a cool idea but its going to run you alot of money on parts and it will get very tricky. You would have to change almost all your internals, might as well buy a nitro car
I recommend Getting a cheap Nitro/Gas car and upgrading it with suspension and gear ratios and things of that nature its fun to mess around with that sorta thing and see how fast you can get that thing to go
