- What's the best RC Nitro Truck for a starter.?
Hi I am really getting into Nitro Trucks and I am looking forward to buying one soon I just don't know which one is a good one. I want something that's around 200-290 dillards cheap. Here's some choices I was looking at the Exceed RC Tectonic .21 or the Traxxas Nitro Sport. If you know of any others around the same price range, powerfull, and fast please let me know! Help !!!
A The Traxxas Nitro Sport is a good choice and it is a very convenient one to get if you want to buy a truck that is already set up with an electric starter. Many nitro trucks come with a pullstart and in order to use an electric starter, you have to pull the engine out of the chassis to install a backplate first and then mount the engine back in the chassis. The Earthquake 3.5 or Caldera 3.0 from Redcat Racing are a couple more choices to look at in this price range.

- My nitro rc car wont work?
I just recently fixed my redcat volcano sv and today I rolled it and now it won't start. After I rolled I drove it a little more then it stalled. The glow plug is good and my igniter is working. There is fuel going to the carb and I have the needles set to factory setting can someone help me? Thanks
A I could be wrong but if you are using a starter box, and also a glow starter from the same power panel! yo probably are running out of voltage to keep the glow pug hot. Now, did you try to put some fuel on the carb to prime the engine? if it starts and then die! you for sure have a dirty carb, in that case remove disassemble and wash every thing with denatured alcohol. then reassemble! and run your car! Good luck!
